Summer Night

For those who don't know, I am a fall chick. I LOVE autumn. The vivid colors outside and the warmth inside are prefect. The crunch of leaves under your feet, carmel latte in hand and your favorite sweatshirt on. It doesn't get better than that.

But, there is something about a summer evening that gives that same kind of warm feeling. Like last night.
After a crazy game of UNO,

which was filled with laughter and joy, I took a glance out the window and saw a gorgeous sunset taking place. I quickly grabbed my camera - I can now finally take pictures again after losing a camera charger - and went out into the warmish evening to snap some nature shots.



I may enjoy Autumn, but last night was a prefect summer night.

Obsession with Pinning

If you haven't discovered Pinterest yet, you seriously NEED too. It's possibly the coolest thing ever. I've gotten loads of inspiration off of there and buckets of great quotes and words of wisdom. Its amazing.

Feelings of Summer

Do you have get certain feelings during different seasons?

I do.

Winter has a warm, cosy kinda of feeling. A stay-inside-where-its-warm feeling.

Fall has the feeling of sweatshirts and roasting marshmallows.

Spring, the earth is waking up from the frozen slumber and everything feels alive.

Summer, the feeling of freedom, fun and carefree.

Summer is filled with activities like, going to a free Sidewalk Prophets concert in the park.






Burning 12 boxes of sparklers while wait for...

Forth of July fireworks.

Going to see Cars 2 with your siblings at the 9:00pm showing and leaving the parents at home to relax.



And freaking out about the up-comings mid night premiere of HARRY POTTER SEVEN PART TWO!!!

It feels slightly odd to be back on this blog. I haven't been off it for over a month or so, I didn't even do the post for the giveaway winners because I was running around like a crazy woman trying to pack and gather things up for camp. So THANK YOU MEGAN for doing that for me.

After camp, I was not only dead tired, but I had plenty of things to do and catch up on. So I apologize for the lack of posting, but I hope you enjoy this post as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I decided instead of doing a post filled with words about camp, I would just post lots of pictures, and only a few words. So enjoy this over loaded picture post!
